Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using veltoragenda.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Veltor Agenda is a personal productivity agenda offering daily task management, day opening/closing rituals, weekly objectives, and personal progress tracking.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

Free plan

The free plan includes core features at no cost, as described on our website.

Premium plans

We offer Veltor Premium, a paid subscription plan (€29.99/year). Current features, pricing, and billing cycle are published on our pricing page.

Payment

Payments for paid plans are handled by a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the stated billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges apply after cancellation.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund period for new premium subscriptions, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). After 14 days, payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. To request a refund: legal@veltoragenda.com.

5. User Content

You own all content you create in Veltor Agenda (entries, objectives, rituals, reviews). You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Transmit malware or disruptive code.
• Systematically scrape or extract data from the service.
• Intentionally overload the service infrastructure.

7. Availability and Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. For material changes affecting paid plans, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Veltor Agenda, its design, code, and branding are owned by Victor Díaz Nombela. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved before Spanish courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
